Day Delegate Packages

Day Delegate Packages include the following:
  • Room Hire, Bottled Water, Mints, Pads & Pens
  • Arrival Tea & Coffee, Morning & Afternoon Tea all served in the convenience of the Conference Foyer
  • Lunch served Buffet Style in Footlights Restaurant or Working Style in either your Conference Room or Foyer Area
  • Audio Visual: Drop Down Screen, Whiteboard, Flipchart, Paper & Markers.

 

      


 

Menus

Whatever your event we can provide you with an outstanding menu and beverage choice. Our menus are designed to cater from the small intimate private dinner or meeting to a large formal dinner or conference. If there is a dish you would like us to provide or you require a menu tailored to your event we are only too happy to suggest alternatives.
      

 

IT & AV

The hotel can assist with any audio visual equipment that you may require to ensure that your event is successful. Included in each of the rooms is a projection screen, any additional equipment that is required can be arranged on your behalf and to your specifications. Technical assistance can also be arranged if required.




      


 

Events

In order to make your event everything that you have envisaged we have industry relationships with leading event companies that can customize your event and we are happy to make all the arrangements on your behalf or assist where necessary.
      

 

Room Rates

Conference room hire is inclusive from 08:00am until 5:30pm. All rooms will be set according to your requirements with, conference stationery, assortment of lollies plus bottled water included for each delegate.
