Driving to the Chancellor on Hobson:

From Auckland Domestic or International Airport – From the Domestic Terminal/car park, turn left on George Bolt Memorial Drive. From the International Terminal, follow the one way system out of the airport and turn left at the Shell Gas Station on to George Bolt Memorial Drive. Follow George Bolt Memorial Drive until you reach the entrance to the Southwestern Motorway, which is straight ahead. Continue on the Southwestern Motorway and take Exit 15 (Queenstown Road). Proceed to the roundabout and turn right. Proceed straight through the next roundabout and continue up the hill on to Pah Road. Continue straight through the next three sets of traffic lights on to Manukau Road. After 2.7 kms, turn left on to Alpers Avenue. After 0.3 kms, turn right on to Gillies Avenue. Continue following Gillies Avenue and turn left on to Entry 431 onto the motorway. Follow the instructions of the Ramp Control lights (if activated). You are now on the Northern Motorway. Take Exit 427 (Nelson Street) and stay in the right hand lane once you have exited the motorway. At the 5th set of traffic lights after exiting the motorway, turn right on to Fanshawe Street and stay in the right hand lane. At the next set of traffic lights, turn right on to Hobson Street and the Chancellor on Hobson is the first building on your right.

From the North – As you approach downtown Auckland over the Auckland Harbour Bridge, follow the motorway around through St Mary’s Bay and keep in the left two lanes. Take the Fanshawe Street Exit. Proceed straight on Fanshawe Street. After crossing the Halsey Street intersection, keep to the right hand lane, and then move to the very right hand lane at the traffic lights at the Fanshawe Street/Nelson Street intersection. Proceed straight ahead in the right hand lane and at the next set of traffic lights, turn right on to Hobson Street and the Chancellor on Hobson is the first building on your right.

From the South – From the motorway, take Exit 427 (Nelson Street) and stay in the right hand lane once you have exited the motorway. At the 5th set of traffic lights after exiting the motorway, turn right on to Fanshawe Street and stay in the right hand lane. At the next set of traffic lights, turn right on to Hobson Street and the Chancellor on Hobson is the first building on your right.
