Chancellor 1 is our largest conference room capable of holding a conference by day theatre style for up to 240 delegates, then like a metamorphosis, alters into a dinner banquet for 200 guests in the evening. It is so versatile it can even be utilized for 300 people as a standing cocktail function. It has a state of the art sound system in place, a private bar facility and natural daylight.

Chancellor 2 is our “room with a view”.  
Hold your function here with the picturesque Wellington city and harbour as your backdrop. It is perfect for your office cocktail party holding up to 120 people, or for a course when set classroom style for 50 delegates. Chancellor 2 also has a sound system in place, it’s own annex area for the in room catering and a private bar facility.

Chancellor 3 is ideal for informal breakouts, 
a meeting area, cocktail parties and trade shows. The room has a wonderful flow to it as well as track spot lighting and incredible city and harbour views, which make it a perfect setting to showcase your business or products.

Chancellor 4 is located in the heart of the function’s floor which can be utilized in so many ways. It is perfect for a presentation for 30-50 delegates, a boardroom meeting for over 20 people, and with it’s two door access set up, an easy flowing catering/buffet area for large banquets.

Chancellor 5 is located on the 17th floor of the Hotel and has lots of natural light. It meets all the needs for any small conference, whether it is a private breakfast, a meeting venue, a  cocktail function or an intimate venue for dinner.

Chancellor 6 offers great versatility of meeting options and is perfect for that special dining occasion. Located on the 17th floor of the hotel and adjoining Whitbys Restaurant with direct access to Whitbys Bar, this room can seat up to 80 guests and 
100 for cocktails. It is a perfect location for a meeting whereby the delegates can dine from Wellington’s most famous buffet for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Located on the lobby level of the Hotel, the Executive Boardroom can accommodate up to 16 delegates boardroom style, 25 theatre style, and offers plenty of natural daylight.
Please note that unfortunately there is no wheelchair access to this room.
