Situated on levels 15-20, the hotel has 88 standard rooms which include twin rooms with two queen beds and king rooms with one king bed. These rooms are well-appointed and spacious with great views.

All Standard Rooms provide Air Conditioning, Ensuite Bathroom, Shower over bath, Radio, Tea / Coffee making facilities, Hair Dryer, Mini Bar, Broadband Internet Access, Sky TV / In House Movies and an Iron / Ironing Board.

These rooms are located on levels 21-24, the hotel has 56 executive rooms which include twin rooms with two queen beds and king rooms with one king bed. The Executive Rooms include the above facilities and have been recently refurbished with new carpet, flat-screen TV, new bed furnishings, new lamp shades, new table tops, reupholstered furniture and the rooms have been repainted to include a feature wall.

These rooms are also situated on levels 15-24. Each floor has two Executive Chancellor King Rooms located on the corners of the building meaning they are extra spacious and have two large windows offering an abundance of natural light. The Executive Chancellor King rooms have one king bed and a fold down couch. In addition to the room facilities offered, these rooms also have extra bathroom amenities, bathrobes, plunger coffee and the beds have the luxury of triple sheeting.

Situated on Level 25 are 5 one bedroom apartments. These apartments have one king bed with a separate lounge and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The one bedroom apartments contain a large bathroom with a spa bath, bathrobes and plunger coffee.

Situated on Level 26 are 7 split level two bedroom apartments with either one king bed and one queen bed or one king bed and two singles, two ensuite bathrooms, separate toilet, lounge and dining area with fully equipped kitchen. Three of these apartments have large balconies and are fantastic for entertaining
